What You Need to Bring to Your Appointment
Before you come to our office, you should download our questionnaire and answer all the questions on it. You should also read all of the bankruptcy notices posted on our Web site.
In addition to the completed questionnaire, you should bring the following items with you to our office
- a list of all your creditors, with addresses, phone numbers, payment amounts and total amount due
- a schedule of all your assets and liabilities, as well as income and expenses
- pay stubs for the last 6 months
- tax returns for the most recent year
- your last two months bills
- a recent credit report—you can get one free at www.annualcreditreport.com
